After getting off from work tonight, I was so excited that my package had been delivered to me. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with the packaging of this bridal cap. It was packaged so unprofessionally in a flimsy plastic package no foam, no velvet bag, no padding to protect it while in transit. Not even the words fragile handle with care. It arrived with a piece broken off of it and it’s so unfair to pay for an item that arrives damaged. I will never order again now that I know how the jewelry pieces are packaged. I can’t afford to throw money away and this is for my wedding. I’m so upset and to return from reading the disclaimer seems even more complicated. I wished I had of ordered at my usual online shops, wanted to give this business a try and patronize them and this is what I get in return. I paid for a broken cap just opened it tonight when I got home. A thin piece of cardboard inside the cap placed in a plastic with a envelope that has no proper cushion on the inside for a piece this expensive this was so cheaply protected knowing this will be knocked around in transit.
